1. Press and Hold
In case of an emergency, press and hold the button of your medical alert watch for 3 seconds and it will initiate a 2-way voice call to the emergency service directly from the device. No phone is required.
2. Emergency Call
As soon as the communication is established, all the vital information starts flowing from your smartwatch to 911. Information such as personal & medical information, location, emergency contact, and biometrics are all captured by using integrated sensors, giving the first responders all the data, they need to assist you.
3. Medical ID
After the communication ends, the screen of the senior alert watch will show all the medical information of the user, available for first responders when they arrive to assist.

LutiBand has an integrated sensor that detects sudden falls. When this happens, it can be configured whether the user wants to directly initiate a call to emergency services or just notify the people to whom the details of the elderly fall alert devices were shared.
If the person configures to directly call the emergency services, the elderly fall detection watch will work in the same way as the Help option, but the call will start automatically.
Yes. LutiBand with an emergency button for the elderly requires a monthly subscription which covers not only all the functionalities of LutiBand, but also the data and voice services that are required by a medical alert bracelet to operate. This service is available in almost 150 countries, allowing you to take advantage of LutiBand for the same cost, no matter where you are located, and even when you are traveling the world.
The cost of the monthly subscription starts at $22.49 a month. You must subscribe once you receive your LutiBand and would like to start using it.
